I did both the push press and front squats yesterday one after the other. Perhaps I was tired fromt he presses and didn't do so well on the squats, but I do believe that I need to work on my squat. Also, this is front squat, which I find quite difficult compared to back squat.
We will see today I guess, since I will be doing back squats for the WOD. Hopefully will do better with those.
