I will just to a bulk post of the WODs I did in the last week as it is starting to look a little ridiculous having multiple posts on one day.

10 Burpee muscle-ups

155 pound Overhead squat, 10 reps

Scaled all lifts to 135#

This was unofficially called Chipper.

I have yet to do 120721, which is front squats. It will be done, just haven't had the time to do so. Chipper was awesome, very challenging and can't wait to see more variations like this one.
