So it begins! Another year has gone by and the Crossfit Games Open starts today. I've created a custom leaderboard that includes me in with CF POISE, the crew from Pet that I've trained with a bit. If you scroll to the bottom of the page, it should be there. You can also see my profile on the games website here.
Hoping to do good this year, nothing spectacular, but at lease a fair above 50% would be good! I suppose we'l see tonight when the WOD is announced what I'll be doing tomorrow when I get home from work.
Also seems like I can't really write these from work, so I'll have to do some updates when I get home.
